So there are about a million ways to eat a potato, but this is the way I end up cooking them most often.
So you'll want to preheat your oven to some temperatrue, 450 sounds reasonable but sometimes I put it at other temperatures as a joke, making potatos isn't rocket science so percision is not entirely neccecary. Next you will wash your potatoes and chop them up into shapes of roughly equal sizes. Once you've finshed that you can move onto the next step.
What's that, you thought the next step was throwing them into a baking pan and into the oven? No no no, take those potato chunks out of your pan and put them all in a large pot to boil. The secret to getting crispy potatos out of the oven is to boil them first, so biol them until you are afraid they will fall appart, the timig will depend on the size of your chunks.
Once your potatos have been thuroghly boil you cam put them back into the baking dish and then dump a bunch of oil all over them. You'll want to bake them for like 20 minutes then turn them over and bake longer, You can really cook these for as long or as short as you like, they are already cooked through from being boiled so you don't have to worry about that to much. Whenever you are tired of them baking take them out and season them and let them cool so you don't burn everything off the roof of your mouth.
